Provident Mortgage Group is locally owned and operated by Gena Caudle. Gena began her career in the mortgage industry in 1999 as a loan officer; opening her first mortgage company, Longhorn Mortgage, in 2001. She later sold that company to her brother Richard so that she could work closer to home and wihtin her community. Provident Mortgage came into existence in 2003.

Gena's business model and her professional approach to her clients needs have earned her respect from her clients and peers, as well as a successful business.

We survey each of our clients about their experience with us, and our current satisfaction rate is 99% satisfied.

It is our goal at Provident Mortgage to provide outstanding service to our clients and all interested parties.
